With plenty of space to explore, stroll, and enjoy life by your side, your pet can feel right at home, too. Because at Ivory, we believe every member of your household deserves to feel right at home, paws included.

Pet Fees and Policy:
  • $400 non-refundable pet fee.
  • $25 monthly pet rent, per pet.
  • We allow 2 pets with a 3rd pet under 30lbs.
Breed Restrictions:

Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Belgian Malanois, St. Bernard. Breed list may change at the property management's discretion. No mix of restricted breeds will be accepted.
